Golden Rule for Scheduling an Appointment

FOCUS & Relax Therapeutic Massage recommends scheduling all appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability, because pre-booking is key.

First-Time Client Scheduling

All First-Time clients must prepay at the time of booking to guarantee appointments at FOCUS & Relax Therapeutic Massage. As we all know, unexpected things do happen, and appointments may need rescheduling, so we ask all clients to please follow our Cancellation Policy | Focus & Relax Massage so our team can transfer all prepaid credits to the following appointment. Failure to do so will result to a non-transferable credit.

Arriving for Appointments

Arriving early for an appointment reduces the stress of rushing and allows our clients to receive the whole experience in a relaxing way. FOCUS & Relax Therapeutic Massage requires all clients to arrive 10-15mins before the scheduled time. Before every appointment, we interview every client to determine what treatment matches the client's needs. By doing this, we can customize the perfect session or refer clients to another health and wellness professional that can.

Late Arrivals for Appointments

Clients' late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware of FOCUS & Relax Therapeutic Massage cancellation policy. FOCUS & Relax Therapeutic Massage will automictically cancel ANY arrivals or no-shows outside of the 10-minute grace period for the scheduled appointment, and a 100% cancellation charge will be applied to the card on file. If we cannot process the cancellation payment, an invoice will be sent, and the client account will be flagged for future booking services.

Personal Information

Your personally identifiable information is only used for internal business purposes. FOCUS & Relax Therapeutic Massage does not sell, rent or lease your personal information to independent third parties. We use personally identifiable information to identify account holders, open and maintain accounts, process, service, enforce transactions, send related communications to customers, and provide customer services and support. Credit card numbers are used only for processing payments and are not used for other purposes. We may also use personally identifiable information to provide you with optional product or service updates, promotional notices and offers, and additional details on FOCUS & Relax Therapeutic Massage and its services.

Confidentiality

Clients' massage session and health information are completely confidential. We will not release this information unless we are legally subpoenaed.

Important

Please DON'T schedule appointments for another person online. Instead, please call us to schedule a session for another person and have all the necessary information to reserve a time slot with our massage therapist. (We understand the kindhearted beauty of gifting, especially for those who wouldn't normally do it for themselves, and that's why we offer Gift Certificates).
