Our Cancellation Policy
We understand that situations happen, and we cannot control the inevitable. However, due to the limited time slots on our schedule, we require our clients/members to call or email to cancel scheduled appointments within our policy timeframe.

Focus & Relax Therapeutic Massage will only charge a cancellation fee to the card saved on file if any of the following occurs:
No Call/Show will equal 100% of the reserved services/amount.
Same-Day Cancellations/Reschedule
Appointments canceled less than 4hrs before the scheduled time will equal 100% of the reserved services/amount.

Prepaid appointments that are canceled twice are ineligible for rebooking and credit will be voided.

Early Arrival
We require our clients to arrive 10-15mins before the scheduled time. Arriving early for an appointment reduces the stress of rushing and allows our clients to receive the whole experience in a relaxing way.

Late Arrival
We will cancel ANY arrivals or no-shows 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment, charge a 100% cancellation fee to the card on file, and flag future booking services.
Focus & Relax Therapeutic Massage will apply the cancellation fees to future services if charged for an unavoidable emergency with a valid notice.
