We encourage you to take a look at our frequently asked questions section to gain a better understanding of our services and how we can be of assistance to you.

New Clients:

1. What types of massage do you offer?
We offer Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Prenatal, and Hot Stone massages.

2. How long are the massage sessions?  
Our standard massage sessions are 60 minutes or 90 minutes long. We also offer 30-minute express massages.

3. What should I expect during my first visit?
During your first visit, you'll complete a brief intake form about your massage preferences and medical history. Your massage therapist will discuss any areas you want to focus on. They'll then leave the room so you can undress to your comfort level and get under the draped sheet on the massage table.

4. Is there anything I need to do to prepare for my massage?
Avoid heavy meals before your massage. Arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in. Remove jewelry or loosen tight clothing to be comfortable during the massage.

5. What should I wear during the massage?
You'll be properly draped during the massage. Most people undress completely, but you can leave your undergarments on if you prefer.

6. Are there any health conditions I should inform you about?
Yes, please inform your therapist about any injuries, medical conditions, allergies, or if you are pregnant. This allows them to customize the massage for your needs.

7. How often should I get a massage?
For general relaxation, a monthly massage is recommended. For specific concerns, your therapist may suggest a series of massages closer together.

8. Do you offer any discounts or package deals?
Yes, we offer discounted rates for package purchases of multiple massages as well as discounts for students, seniors, and military personnel.


Returning Clients:  

1. How far in advance should I book my next appointment?
We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

2. Can I request a specific massage therapist?
Absolutely, you can request your favorite therapist when booking your appointment, though we cannot guarantee their availability.

3. Do you offer any loyalty programs or reward systems?
Yes, we have a loyalty program where you earn points for each massage that can be redeemed for discounts or free massages.

4. Have you introduced any new massage techniques or services since my last visit?
We recently added Cupping Therapy to our list of services. We also have new aromatherapy scent options.

5. Can I customize my massage experience (e.g., add aromatherapy, hot stones)?
Yes, you can customize by adding aromatherapy, hot stones, or other enhancements for an additional charge.

6. How can I provide feedback on my previous massage experience?
We welcome your feedback through a short online survey that is emailed to you after each visit.  You can also provide feedback directly to your therapist.

7. Do you offer gift cards or packages that I can purchase for friends or family?
Yes, we sell gift cards as well as massage packages that make great gifts.

8. Have your operating hours or location changed?
No, our hours and location remain the same. However, we've updated our website with the latest information.



General FAQs:

1. What are your payment methods?
We accept cash, major credit cards, and mobile payments.

2. Do you have a cancellation or rescheduling policy?  
Any cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged a fee.

3. Is there a private area for changing clothes?
Yes, each massage room has an attached private changing area for your comfort and privacy.

4. Do you have gender-specific massage therapists available?
Yes, we have both male and female massage therapists on staff. Please let us know your preference when booking.

5. What measures do you take to ensure cleanliness and hygiene?
All massage therapists follow strict hygiene protocols, including sanitizing equipment between each client. Linens are freshly laundered, and rooms are thoroughly cleaned.

6. Do you offer any specials or promotions?
We run promotions throughout the year. Please check our website or sign up for our email list to receive updates.  

7. Can I purchase massage products or accessories from you?
Yes, we sell professional massage oils, lotions, and accessories for home use.
