If you're booking on behalf of someone else, please ensure to provide their information so they receive all correspondence from us. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you.


In the event that you need to reschedule your prepaid appointment with us, we offer the convenience of online rescheduling, or you can send us an email at Please be advised that prepaid appointments rescheduled more than twice will result in the loss of credit and require payment in full for the service. Our team is dedicated to ensuring a seamless process for you.


We acknowledge that there may be instances where appointments need to be canceled. If it's within our policy, and we are pleased to facilitate refunds in such cases. Regrettably, we are unable to process refunds for services that do not adhere to our policy.


We would like to kindly inform you that all gift certificates are considered final sales. It is important to note that the gift certificate will remain valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This policy is in place to ensure that the recipient has ample time to utilize their thoughtful gift. 


When making a reservation for a minor (17 years old or younger), it is required that a parent or guardian be present in the room with the child. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort minors during their session. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in completing the necessary form before the scheduled service.
